This is Veronika McVay: Meet the Los Angeles Rams head coach’s wife
Rams head coach Sean McVay has been enjoying an offseason getaway in the French Riviera with wife Veronika ahead of 2025 NFL campaign.
The Los Angeles Rams, the 2021 Super Bowl winners, are gearing up for another tilt at the NFL championship game in the 2025 NFL season and head coach Sean McVay has been recharging his batteries with wife Veronika (née Khomyn) thousands of miles from home.
The 39-year-old became the youngest head coach in the modern era when he was hired by the Rams at the age of 30 in 2017. After a four-year college football career with the Miami RedHawks, McVay moved into coaching when he was just 22, starting off as offensive assistant with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
But despite the lack of a professional career, he has certainly kept himself in excellent shape, as shown by snaps taken aboard a luxury yacht in Saint-Tropez in France.
Who is Veronika Khomyn, Sean McVay’s wife?
The Rams coach was accompanied by Veronika, a former model from Ukraine who now works as a real estate broker at The Agency, which is the subject of Netflix series “Buying Beverly Hills”.
The McVays’ relationship timeline, from Washington to L.A.
The couple met in Washington D.C., where McVay worked for the Commanders as offensive assistant, tight ends coach and offensive coordinator between 2010 and 2016, while Khomyn was studying at George Mason University in Fairfax County.
It is believed they got together in 2016, the year Veronika first posted an Instagram picture of them together. Since then, they were married in June 2022 and welcomed their first child, son Jordan, to the world in October 2023. Clearly fans of the south of France, the pair announced their engagement during a trip to Cannes in June 2019.

Although the McVays now live in Hidden Hills in the Santa Monica Mountains, they previously had Chris Shula, the Rams defensive coordinator, as a housemate at their previous residence in Encino.
When do the Rams start their 2025 training camp?
McVay still has a little time to unwind before serious NFL business gets underway, with the Rams due to begin their training camp at LMU in Los Angeles on July 24.
