GTA 6 trailer drops a sneaky Dolphins Easter egg but some fans might not be too happy about it
The much-anticipated video game will be set in Vice City, Leonida. It is thought to be based on real-world Miami, Florida.

Rumours about a new Grand Theft Auto game have been swirling for years and publisher Rockstar finally announced the title in February 2022.

Whatever fans think of the sporting references in GTA6, they won’t be happy with the main news coming out of Rockstar this week. The publisher also announced that the projected fall 2025 release date has been pushed back to May 2026.
Given that it’s been 12 years since the last GTA game was released there is now a whole generation of gamers who may not remember the most recent title coming out. This week’s trailer does do a good job of building out the world a little more but that won’t keep the eager fans satiated for long.
