Epic Games continues to expand its flagship video game, Fortnite, in unexpected ways. After introducing Sabrina Carpenter to Fortnite Festival and the rest of the game’s modes, it’s now the turn of ’Adventure Time‘, the popular animated series starring Jake the Dog and Finn the Human. Epic has announced the new collaboration, which consists of new outfits and all sorts of themed accessories that will put us right in the middle of these colorful adventures:

Jake the Dog, Finn the Human, Marceline, and Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time are new outfits in Fortnite, and they come with all kinds of accessories and items like spikes, backpacks, and themed gestures and dances. All of these items will be available in the Fortnite Daily Store starting next Friday, April 11, 2025 at 8:00 PM ET. Keep in mind that once they leave the store, they may return in the future, but no one knows when. Stay tuned to the official Fortnite and Epic Games channels for more information. All outfits have support for LEGO game modes, so this is another incentive to buy them.
The resemblance to the original characters is undeniable, but this very fidelity could cause problems in the future: the anatomy of Finn and Jake is too specific, with unusually elongated limbs and very thick heads. Despite the fact that they tried to adjust the proportions of the characters so that their model resembles the other outfits already available in Fortnite, their proportions could make it difficult to aim when an opposing player controls these outfits. Only time will tell if they affect the competitive balance of the game, and if so, if Epic needs to take further action.
The arrival of ‘Adventure Time’ in Fortnite is huge: Epic Games continues to expand its horizons when it comes to collaborations, and fans of this fun animated series will be able to control some of their favorite characters not only to battle other characters in Battle Royale modes, but also to participate in other more relaxed activities like the Fortnite Festival or LEGO game modes.
